Let’s find your next apartment

I’ve lived in Nashville for years and spent my first two in Tennessee just down the road in Murfreesboro. That means I know not only the heart of the city but also the surrounding communities. Whether you’re moving across town or relocating here for the first time, I’d love to guide you through the process and help you land your ideal apartment, all free of charge.

Your Questions, Answered

Is it really free?

Yep! My role is solely commission based and is paid out of each apartment’s marketing budget. You don’t pay a dime.

When should I start looking for a new apartment?

It is recommended that you don’t start until you’re within the last 60 days of your lease. That way we know the availability of units in other buildings.

Why not just use Apartments.com or search on my own?

Websites like Apartments.com are a great starting point, but they don’t show the full story. They often miss move-in specials, daily rate changes, and hidden fees. And while you can look on your own, it takes a lot of time to research every apartment, compare pricing, and figure out which neighborhoods actually fit your lifestyle.

On top of that, many communities run “look-and-lease” specials, which means you could feel pressured to sign on the spot. That’s why it’s important to only tour your top options. I do the research for you, calculate true costs, and set up tours so you’re only walking into apartments that make sense — saving you time, money, and stress.
